I really didn't think I had enough interesting things to photograph close up. I really like outdoor photography better, but I must say it is a bit too cold for me to photograph much of anything out there! Also, with it being winter, there is not as much color as I would like.
I tried to pick different photos that had a lot of color, and chose some pictures using different angles as well.
I have to say.... I LOVE MY CAMERA!!!

Laurie I really find what you did here with the eyes absolutely adorable! You had so much to work with inside...that is for sure. Your bird is great, it ads a lot of color to the collage. I like how you set this up. Where did you find this set up in Picasa. I have Picasa2 and it doesn't appear to have may options for creating collages. Am I just not looking in the right area.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your photos they are very crisp and brigt. I really enjoyed how you arranged the collage!
I really like the angle from which you took the rubics cube! Also, you comparison of different eyes is great. I'd love to see a collage of just different color/shapes of eyes!

For as leary a you sounded I think you did GREAT! I love the eye pictures, I have a lot of those myself. The variety that you chose is great and so many different colors. I love the toe picture, and the bird picture as well.
ReplyDeleteYour collage is great! Love the photos of the eyes! I used a lot of "eye" photo in my collage to because it just looks so interesting to me!
ReplyDeleteI love where you arranged all of the photos too! The eyes are spread apart perfect and the colors are dispersed well through the collage! I really enjoyed looking at this!
Id have to agree and say that the eyes stand out..love how you put the dog's eye in there too! What I like too is that it's a bit different then what most of us picked which is what makes it so neat!
ReplyDeleteYes the eyes have it, there is great color contrast here, i like the lizard.
ReplyDeleteThe lizard is one that I bought when I was in Haiti. They have amazing tin art there! We went to the area where they have many shops together, and saw them creating some amazing art! The star ornament is also from there. The eyes (and toes) come from 2 of my amazing daughters, and of course, my dog.
ReplyDeleteI took a picture of my foot its almost as good as yours. I'm keeping it archived for future use in any horror movies.
ReplyDeleteVery mysterious collage. I like it a lot. Especially how you kept it very dark. Im not sure if you where going for mysterious and slightly dark, but if so very nice job.

Laurie, I love the silly bands, I am always picking them up around the house. Also the orchid is amazing, love the colors and pattern of it.
ReplyDeleteYou had some very fun photos in your collage! From silly bandz, a rock band controller to a Rubik's cube. Nice use of assorted objects!
ReplyDeleteAnd of course nice use of eyes, the center one really makes it all come together.

I love all of the close ups of the eyes! It reminds me of a Tool T-shirt I have. How did you get your images to overlap? I wanted to do that with mine but couldn't get them to!
